His  Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam in a titah stresses that Al-Qur'an is not only to be read, but is to be learned, understood and practised as a life guidance. His Majesty made the titah during the final night of the National Level Musabaqah Al-Qur'an Reading for Adults 1447 Hijrah/2026.

His Majesty first expresses gratitude to Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala that by His grace we can gather together, filled with blessings to glorify the National Level Musabaqah Al-Qur'an Reading for Adults 1447 Hijrah/2026.
